I need your help. Calling all agents!
Hello everyone,
I need some help with getting a grip on what agents want in a real estate website. I am an agent but i'm kind of disconnected with what everyday successful agents need in a real estate website. I know I have had huge success with my pre-qualification system and my lead generators but I want the little things. Do agents want mapping systems like google earth do they want their listings displayed in a special way? Do they want their clients to have special log in information? Do they want a heavy page or a light page?
I need some help? Just post a comment or e-mail me if you have any ideas.

I would like my website to be the best and favorite for buyers anywhere, and Buyers want to search, and search again, while providing them with the content that they want, photos, video, data, on crime, schools, neighborhoods, etc.
The site should allow agents to be able to change the data easily, and allow buyers to search anywhere for any type of property.
I have been a successful agent for eight years, and try to keep shifting with the market to keep up with the demands of buyers and sellers. We as agents to have more control over the content of our website on a daily basis.

Matt,
My clients would like a site that offers a leads generating system beginning with the site and following them through to maintenance. There are many services for this but they feel there isn't anything robust & intuitive enough at every step of the way. Capture, drip campaigns, searches, transaction management, note taking, after sale benefits & maintenance, etc.

Matt,
I have been trying to nail down my website for sometime. I would like to see a site that is fun and informative, with plenty of neighborhood information. The site should have Google streets, video hosting, and blog capabilities. The site should have quick way to enter listings. Links for the individual listings for additional information. Also, plenty of community information incorporated into the site.
I think currently websites are too static. Maybe with new technology, we can have a more interactive sites. I hope this helps.
Sincerely,

Once I get a listing, I have no problem marketing it and selling it. I consider myself a very good sales person, but I am very BAD at prospecting. So my biggest challenge with any website is to get people TO the website. So, bottom line, very effective and COST EFFECTIVE lead generation is what I'm looking for.
