Let me tell you a little bit abouy myself. My name is Matt Rains and I am a real estate agent and appriaser who loves technology and real estate. I am working currently as an instructor for www.RETechSeminars.com to teach agents how to use free technology and services to run their businesses instead of paying thousands of dollars each month. I have been working with computers for about 15 years and I built my first website when I was 12. Growing up no matter what I did I was always drawn back to computers in some way, shape or form. Writing this blog allows me to bring both my passions of real estate and technology together as an outlet for helping others find their way through the technology jungle.
